FAQ – WILLIAMSTOWN TWILIGHT CHRISTMAS MARKET
What day and time is the market on?
Friday 14th December from 4pm until 9pm
What is the stall criteria?
Arts, Crafts, Handmade, Locally made, Fair Trade, Small Business.
What is the stall size and cost?
3m by 3m space including free car space at the side of the church is $70.
$20 for extra deep stall.
How do I get there?
Please see map below.
What are the bump in and bump out times?
Food bumps in at 2.30 pm and market stalls at 3pm
- Market Duration: 4pm until 9 pm
- Bump out: 9pm until 10pm
Please take all rubbish home with you.
What do I do once I arrive?
Please wait in the parking bays outside of the Church area until the market co-ordinator arrives when you will then be allocated your position
Stall Holder Equipment
The stall holder must provide all their own equipment we do not hire tables, marquees or any equipment.
You may use tent pegs on your marquee as this will save space.
Market Location
25 Nelson Place Williamstown.
The market is on the green strip of lawn in front of the Church.
